- Pricing: The price provided is based on the inclusions listed in the "INCLUSIONS" section and current availability. No reservations are held until we receive the required deposit to secure your booking. If the current pricing exceeds your budget, please discuss it with your agent. Adjustments to rooms, hotels, transfers, tours, and guides can be made to meet your desired budget.
- Concierge Service: By booking this trip, you will have access to a personal 24/7 concierge service for assistance throughout your journey. The concierge offers flexibility to adjust the itinerary on the spot, add activities, and provide restaurant recommendations and reservations. They will ensure your trip runs smoothly by pre-checking your hotels and transfers. In case of any delays, the concierge will inform you in advance. Day 1
WELCOME TO DUBROVNIK
Welcome to Dubrovnik – the pearl of the Adriatic!
Dubrovnik lies in the extreme south of Croatia, basking in glorious Mediterranean sunshine for much of the year. A fairytale city of beautiful Baroque, Gothic and Renaissance churches, aristocratic palaces, red-roofed townhouses, magnificent monasteries and fascinating history.
Dubrovnik’s old town is known as one of the world’s finest and most perfectly preserved medieval cities. One of the best views in the world is to be had from its monumental City Walls – be prepared to be amazed! Wander the bustling boutiques, markets and bars, savor freshly-caught seafood while gazing out to sea at sunset; walk along the iconic walls, or take a cable car up to Mount Srđ for the most spectacular views in all of Dubrovnik.
Today a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Old Town and its towering walls rise above a 13th-century main street that literally sparkles in the sun.
Upon arrival you have private transfer to your hotel, and welcome dinner at the local restaurant.

PICKLEBALL IN THE MORNING - SAIL DUBROVNIK TO MLJET
The first part of the day is reserved for Pickleball. Come learn, have fun and improve your game!
You will play pickleball at our local courts from 8 to 12 p.m
Welcome on board your cruise yacht Aretha.
Embarkation is a blend of excitement and relaxation, with the welcome drink and snack offering a taste of the indulgence and hospitality. It’s a perfect opportunity to start your cruise experience on a positive note, setting the stage for the adventure ahead.
Your first stop is island of Mljet, one of the Croatia’s best loved islands and a paradise for anyone looking to get away from it all.
Sailing approximately 4 hours. A third of the northwestern part of Mljet island is a national park, featuring two inland lakes and miles of cycling and hiking trails. There are few residents, no large towns and only one major road that runs from north to south through the wooded landscape of pines, oak trees and macchia.
In the evening enjoy welcome dinner on board, and overnight on Mljet island.

MLJET ISLAND - KORČULA ISLAND PICKLEBALL
Morning at leisure on Mljet Island, afterwards you sail to Korčula Island.
The sixth largest island in Croatia, Korčula is 20 miles long and rather narrow, between 4 and 5 miles wide on average. This island is known for its dense forest. The ancient Greeks called the island Black Korčula (Kerkyra melaina) for this reason. Its main towns are Korčula Town (people call it “Little Dubrovnik” because of its medieval squares, churches, palaces and houses), Vela Luka and Lumbarda. There are also smaller towns and villages dotted around the island for those looking for a more secluded holiday.
Known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant cultural scene, Korčula Town provides a picturesque backdrop for various activities, including the increasingly popular sport of pickleball. The surrounding area, with its blend of natural beauty and historical charm, enhances the experience. The gentle sea breeze and the sound of waves add a soothing background to your game.

Day 7
VIS ISLAND - VISIT BLUE CAVE - HVAR ISLAND
In the morning you sail to Biševo Island and visit the Blue Cave, afterwards you sail to Hvar Island.
Hvar is Croatia’s most happening island, a destination for every type of traveller.
Hvar’s main port of Stari Grad is also the oldest town in Croatia. Here the Greeks settled from 384BC, naming the community around this safe harbour Pharos. The absolute best place to visit in Hvar town is the Fortica Španjola, the beautiful Spanish fortress built in the 13th century.
The Dubovica beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on Hvar Island. Directly in front of Hvar town are about 20 smaller islands and islets of unique beauty: the Pakleni Islands. The most popular islands are Sveti Klement, Borovac, Planikovac, Marinkovac and Jerolim. The Blue Cave is one of the most popular places to visit in Croatia and from Hvar you have the possibility to go there for a day trip.
You can’t leave the island without trying Hvar’s signature dish “GREGADA”– a stew of fish, potatoes, onions, garlic and top-quality olive oil.

HVAR ISLAND - BRAČ ISLAND
In the morning you sail to Brač Island with swim stop on the way.
Although it is the largest island in Dalmatia, and the third largest island in the Adriatic Sea, BraČ is small enough to be able to explore in its entirety in a day or two. Brač island is bursting with historic sites dating back to Ancient Greece and the Middle Ages.
Brač is famous for its Golden Horn Beach in Bol, perhaps the best known and most beautiful beach in Croatia. It is great for watersports like surfing, diving, and windsurfing at the spectacular beach of Golden Horn with the mild-breeze climate that’s perfect for such activities. The town of Bol is an idyllic spot to relax and admire its beautiful harbor or visit Vidova Gora to get exquisite views over the other Adriatic islands. If you have a pleasure of finding yourself on this splendid island, be sure to visit some of the popular main attractions: Pucisca, and the Stonemasonry School, the village of Skrip, and the Brac Native and Olive Oil museum.

Reservations
All the reservations can be made via our booking agents. Our booking agents can be reached over the email ([email protected]), by filling the contact form on the web site, and/or by calling the official phone number stated on the website.
Deposits & Final payments
First quote and offer is always free, for any additional changes you may be asked to pay the deposit. We keep the right to ask for $200 non-refundable deposit to make additional changes on the itinerary. Upon the confirmation, the deposit goes towards the final payment and in case the trip is not confirmed we keep the right to keep the deposit for the spent time.
The final payment is due to 45 days prior to the departure. If we do not receive the final payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and keep the deposit. In case of any billing errors we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. We also reserve the right to change the final price if the currency exchange rate compared to EUR changes drastically and more than 1.5%.
If booking is confirmed 46 days or more before the departure Via Tours Croatia will ask for 20% down deposit to secure the services. Via Tours Croatia will ask remaining balance 45 days prior to the departure date.
Credit cards
We accept major credit cards. Credit card charges require certain information and will be processed only upon submission of a completed form.
Returned checks
A fee of $30 will be charged for any returned checks.
Revision fee
Revision fee of $30 per transaction alterations or revisions. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 45 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and new booking; regular cancellation fees apply.
Cancellations and cancellation fees
Cancellations must be advised to Via tours Croatia in writing. Per person cancellation fees apply as follows:

46+ days prior to commencement of service:
20% deposit to secure the booking – non-refundable after payment
80% 45 days prior to the trip – non refundable after payment
Charters
50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation
50% 45 days prior to the arrival date
If the booking is confirmed 45 days prior to the arrival or sooner, the full payment will be required.
Optional tours cannot be refunded after purchase. Refund takes up to 30 days to process.
Via tours Croatia cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Via tours.
Any trip cancellations and non delivered services due to force majeures Via Tours Croatia is not to be held liable. Force majeures (pandemic, fires, earthquake, or similar), which is international law phenomena that relieves the parties from performing their contractual obligations when certain circumstances beyond their control arise, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
Bearing in mind the above, Tour operator is not legally obliged to repay any received deposits. However, in such cases Via Torus Croatia will do everything in it’s power to re-book travelers to next possible date but no longer than 365 days in the future.
Refunds for unused services With no exceptions, no refunds will be made for unused services once travel arrangements have commenced.
Service Complaints
All complaints must be received in written form directly to Via tours, either over the e-mail and/or mail. Complaints are accepted 30 days after the service was used. Please make sure to send the complaints in that time period as complaints received after 30 days will not be considered.
Passports & visas
A valid passport is required of all tour participants. It must be valid six months after date of return. Your travel agent can help you obtain the necessary forms for passport application. Non-US citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. All passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, should check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. Securing any needed visas is the responsibility of the tour participant. Health requirements Tour members should check with the consulates and/or the local health boards for the latest health requirements. Travelers who need special assistance Any disability requiring special attention must be reported during the booking. Via tours will make all the efforts to accommodate any special needs passengers might have. Young tour participants Tour participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by the adult. Depending on the age, discounts may apply.
Accommodations
The hotels listed on an offer that is accepted will be used as confirmed. The categorization is always clearly stated, as well as the name of the hotel, during the booking process. Please note it is a standard policy that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 3 p.m. Early hotel check-ins/outs are possible depending on the occupancy at an extra charge. All the claims about the rooms must be made during check-in so Via tours can react immediately. Claims about the accommodation issues will not be considered after the service is over. Air-conditioning Although available at most 3, 4 and 5 star hotels, conditions and use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before central air-conditioning was introduced. Via tours will clearly state the working condition of air-condition in each hotel.
Included/Not included in program price
Everything that is included in the program price you are not paying at the spot. However, all ‘’not included’’ items in a program are optional unless it is the obligatory extra charge such as tourist tax.
Safety
Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by Via tours, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means of transportation; the forces of nature, political unrest and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Via tours will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Via tours will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.
Reservations and payments.
We use Stripe Pay Way that applies the most modern standards in data protection – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption of data and MD5 algorithm. ISO 8583 protocol provides data exchange in a private network between T-com system and authorization centers of credit card companies. The private network is from unauthorized access protected with a double layer of the firewall. Travel insurance is not included in program price. We recommend you to take out package of travel insurance. Travel insurance package consist of health travel insurance, accident insurance, baggage insurance and trip cancellation insurance. Legislative- Croatian legislative is applicable to this contract and all the legal relations that arise from it. Court – Municipal Court in Zlatar, Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction to all the disputes related to this contract. Damage – Via Tours Croatia is not responsible for the damage caused by behavior of the passengers or for the damage caused by acts or omissions of third party.
IMPORTANT COVID19 FLEXIBLE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Due to COVID19, Via has changed booking terms and conditions. Every deposit payment is fully refundable in case the travelers are not allowed to get into the country or cannot make it to the destination due to boarder closures. In case the travelers are allowed to enter the destination and can travel, regular terms and conditions apply.
Also, in case of boarder closures, booking can be re-booked to new dates without penalty 60 days prior to the arrival. Closer re-bookings are subject to every individual situation and availability. The flexible booking terms are active until pandemic is officially over on the destinations travelers are visiting.
